Sorry, I genuinely didn’t realise Seven actually embargoed weeks in advance like that. Will be more careful from now on. Just commented for interest sake as I noticed it

Here we go again and again and again and again! This will be its 4th broadcast (including May this year).
For the FOURTH time… REALLY??
I meam, it is called ABBA Forever for a reason
Looking at the preview of this. It appears to be repackaged episodes from the 2005 Season 1 series now with Matt Doran walking around a warehouse, much like Steve Liebmann in the original - seem to have found or re-created the same warehouse.
Seven have already shown these episodes with Matt, no?
I remember seeing some caps somewhere of this.
They are not coded as repeats - marked as “Season 2”.
Interesting, maybe they showed season 1 last time and have done more episodes with Matt for some cheap additional content.
Steve was on location for the first three seasons, must have changed for Families of Crime.
Are Seven’s local lifestyle programs continuing or finishing at the end of the year? I recall in November last year they announced they were axing productions, but looking at current schedules these shows are still airing.

Updated 08/09/2020
They’ve gone back on some of those decisions (if not all). The only official announcement was that the Queensland shows were returning after negotiations with sponsors had them agreeing to meet production costs.
The other states having been running “Best of” shows since new episodes ended and it gas been speculated that they intended to do new episodes before lockdowns thwarted them.
The episodes are repacked from the 2005 season. Tonight is episode 13, next week is episode 3 “Death In A Heartbeat” - even kept the same title.
Do repackaging these specials act as a cheap way to satisfy some sort of content quota?
Then again, rolling them out again may be necessary as they probably don’t have too much else.
Schedule for next week updated including

Seven swapped Gordon Ramsay with a repeat movie to shore up its Tuesday ratings no doubt.
Coming Soon
Starting over isn’t easy, especially for small-town guy John Nolan who, after a life-altering incident, is pursuing his dream of being an LAPD officer. As the force’s oldest rookie, he’s met with skepticism from some higher-ups who see him as just a walking midlife crisis. If he can’t keep up with the young cops and the criminals, he’ll be risking lives including his own. But if he can use his life experience, determination and sense of humor to give him an edge, he may just become a success in this new chapter of his life.
The series stars Nathan Fillion as John Nolan, Alyssa Diaz as Angela Lopez, Richard T. Jones as Sergeant Wade Grey, Titus Makin as Jackson West, Mercedes Mason as Captain Zoe Andersen, Melissa O’Neil as Lucy Chen, Afton Williamson as Talia Bishop and Eric Winter as Tim Bradford.
Danger is ever-present as the officers of the Mid-Wilshire precinct grapple with the aftermath of a plotted attack on the city of Los Angeles, leaving Officer Bradford fighting for his life.
Flash forward two weeks and the rookies receive the shocking results of their latest training exam, leaving one officer questioning what the future holds.
Meanwhile, tension develops at home as Nolan and Lopez advance in their relationships with Jessica and Wesley.
Probably. Otherwise it seems pointless. Surely they’re not repackaging just to get rid of Steve Liebmann?
Isn’t Roger Rogerson in a lot of these CIA episodes? Maybe Seven have edited him out too.
