In this finale season, Cole, Railly, Jones, and the rest of the team must find an ancient weapon and thwart the Witness’ plan to create the Red Forrest, which could break time and destroy the world.

For lack of a better thread to post this in:

Has South Park been removed, as it isn’t in the schedule this week.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine - Season 6

From Friday 11 January at 8.30pm on SBS VICELAND

After its shock cancellation in May, Brooklyn Nine-Nine is back by popular demand following fan outcry. SBS VICELAND are exclusively airing Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 6, fast-tracked from the US.

Jake Perolta (Andy Samberg) is a such a good cop that he’s never had to work hard enough to follow the rules too closely. However, there’s a feeling of change in the bullpen, but that won’t stop recently married Jake Peralta and the detectives of the Nine-Nine from taking on New York’s criminal underbelly once again under the stern guidance of Captain Ray Holt - or is it soon to be ‘Commissioner Holt’?

In preparation for the new season you can catch-up with the latest from the Nine-Nine squad with a season 5 marathon, showing episodes 10 to 22 starting at 5pm on January 6 on SBS VICELAND.

SBS should be doing what 10 All Access is doing and directing viewers to competing services. eg. “You can catch-up with the latest from the Nine-Nine squad by watching all five seasons on Netflix”.

You’re The Worst - Season 5

From Monday 14 January at 11.00pm

You’re the Worst isn’t a typical romantic comedy. The critically-acclaimed series follows narcissistic and stubborn Jimmy Shive-Overly (Chris Geere), who inadvertently finds himself hooking up with cynical, people-pleasing, and self-destructive Gretchen Cutler (Aya Cash), at a mutual friend’s wedding. Despite their shared cynicism about love, both grow closer and become more involved romantically, though their cynicism often gets in the way.

YOU’RE THE WORST is a modern look at love and happiness told through the eyes of two people who haven’t been very successful with either. It’s the story of Gretchen and Jimmy, fear, heartbreak, romance, sex, food, Los Angeles, Sunday Funday, friendship, and the fact that sometimes the worst people make the best partners. An original comedy from writer and executive producer Stephen Falk, YOU’RE THE WORST puts a dark twist on the romantic comedy genre.

Narcissistic, brash, and stubborn Jimmy Shive-Overly (Chris Geere) has inadvertently found himself paired up with cynical, people-pleasing, and self-destructive Gretchen Cutler (Aya Cash). After a whirlwind courtship, and a very rough post-cohabitation period of dealing with Gretchen’s clinical depression, Jimmy and Gretchen were forced to learn how to manage a relationship in the face of tragedy when Jimmy’s father unexpectedly died. Ultimately drawn closer, Jimmy proposed and then suddenly disappeared when confronted with the notion that Gretchen would be his family. After a prolonged period of separation, Jimmy and Gretchen are in it for the long haul now… at least they think they are. Maybe.

Rounding out the cast is Desmin Borges, who plays Edgar Quintero, Jimmy’s once homeless war veteran roommate who, having recently learned to manage his PTSD, is now firmly entrenched in the world of television comedy writing; and Kether Donohue as Lindsay Jillian, Gretchen’s best friend and former partner in crime who, after conquering the corporate world, finds herself yearning for love again.

You’re The Worst will also be fast-tracked to On Demand the minute the broadcast finishes in the US on Thursday the 10 January before hitting VICELAND on the Monday.

Viceland are 2 episodes into season 2, my EPG suggests that’s what they’re continuing with. Are they really skipping nearly 3 whole seasons to go to season 5?

Those are repeats. And not the first time they’ve been repeated.

From Friday, these episodes should be Season 6 which are new eps fast tracked.

If you look at what I replied to, it was about You’re the Worst. I obvs missed Cynic’s post originally.

No worries.

According to SBS info You’re the Worst Seasons 1 to 4 (49 episodes) were made available on SBS On Demand on Monday, 5 November the same day that Viceland started broadcasting the series.

True, but their on demand service is terrible. It is strange that they did this just as they got up to the episodes that haven’t been shown on Australian television before.

Yes, that’s true. They have aired season 1 (10 eps, which were on Eleven years ago) then it went on hiatus. Started up last Mon with the first 2 eps of season 2. I’m aware your info has come from SBS but I don’t think it’s quite right, that’s all. Either that, or they’re jumping nearly 3 seasons.

It’s definitely season 5.

You’re The Worst will be fast-tracked to On Demand the minute broadcast finishes in the US, giving you exclusive access on Thursday the 10th of January before hitting VICELAND on the Monday.

Yet my EPG and Foxtel Guide app both give the impression that it is definitely season 2, episodes 3 and 4.
Guess I’ll find out Monday which it is. Thanks for the help.

Strange error for SBS to make which ever way.
