It is important to look after yourself mate. I used to be obsessed with posting here , as much as my posts could cause controversy, but ever since I have managed to just post on threads that interest me and when I have something worthy to contribute . I think in a way I have accepted that life outside of these forums is much more important and even just checking in and reading the topics is even okay.
I hope you are well and everything goes well with you and hope to see you back contributing in some way that’s more comfortable for you.

Is it just me, or should Border Security be called “Let’s Pick On Foreigners”?
I seem to be watching a lot of it and that what it looks like to me.
Like all things, you don’t see all the foreigners that do get through.
It would be interesting to see what % of people are turned back, it’d be very small, like 0.1% (1 in 1000).
We have enough trouble with locals doing dumb shit at home as it is too!

In the UK, Sky airs it on about three channels under the original name, and for some reason also as “Nothing to Declare”.
There’s full eps on YouTube, a FAST channel on 7+…
They can probably mix them up with spin-offs from another country under the “Nothing To Declare”
We know. Some of them are taxpayer funded - both “gainfully” employed and those who make Housos look like a hard hitting documentary.

it prpbally comes down to the fact that the majority of flights coming in are from asian countries and thereforee and as a result they break the rules more

It’s unacceptable that state and federal police still refuse to investigate the allegations against the scams. If they don’t take this seriously, more women will become victims in the future.

the Pres Cafe forum has been blocked for access for all non-UK visitors (for some odd reason)
just found out tonight and people on the BBC Fans Discord when I asked has confirmed this.
Figured I’d let everyone know here in the event anyone tries to go on and is not able to.

It’s that new ID law they have over there. Guess full geoblocking (including VPNs) was the easiest way they found to abide by it.

The new ID law is to do with adult content, not sure how that affects Pres Cafe.

Is the message, I assume it’s being overloaded with spoof traffic.
Last weekend there was a small fire at the front of my complex,in the storage area for our wheelie bins out the front.Luckily there was no other damage to anyone’s cars or to the property .I’m not sure if someone did this deliberately or there was something flammable in one of the bins,ie; a cigarette that hadn’t been extinguished properly.
Half of our bins have been destroyed so the council will have to replace them.

Possibly a battery that had exploded. My complex has a couple of large commercial bins (instead of wheelie bins) that get emptied every 2-3 days.
The bin pickup area is on my side of the building. Earlier this year one morning, I woke up to smoke outside my window, the garbage truck had caught fire! Apparently a battery had exploded inside the truck when the bin was being emptied.
