It’s located in Sir Roden Cutler park

Fair enough. If I didn’t know there was a Sir Roden Cutler Park, it’d look weird. Like seeing a sign for the Stan Zemanek Tolerance Centre.

I’ve never heard anyone say a bad word against former NSW Governor Sir Roden Cutler. Happy for anyone to put the boot into former NSW Premier Sir Bob/Robin/Robert Askin who was the polar opposite of Cutler.

I’m shocked (and they will be too).

Looks like shocking behaviour to me.

They could have just used some pliers to gently angle the two pins.

Or did the right thing and just brought the damn adaptor. A potential front runner for the Darwin Awards.

WIN also owes me $20. :stuck_out_tongue:

WIN gave me 2 x 600ml bottles of drink at the David Boon Testimonial cricket match back in 1996 now I feel guilty and feel like I owe them money for them if they can’t afford to pay you.

I’d like to apologise for that, I’d say to not worry about it but as they say - 20 bucks is 20 bucks.

LOL! I was kidding, but fair enough. :stuck_out_tongue:

The painting is owned by prominent Sydney indentity John Singleton.

Is it bad to not be concerned about this theft of a $120 000 painting, and to wonder about the resources police do/don’t put towards investigating crime committed against those not as well off?

You also do have to wonder about Singo, did he have adequate security eg. cameras to detect / identify the persons and/or their vehicles? I mean, if you are going to put a $120k painting in your house, surely you won’t tell everyone you have it, or you know you will be targeted. Someone obviously knew it was there.

And agree with @TV-ACT that more police resources generally go towards more valuable property, and not those who have less valuable property stolen… But also keeping in mind $120k could buy a helluva lot more drugs etc than if it was just say an average TV that was stolen.

A $120 000 painting has to be much more difficult to sell than a nicked TV, this robbery may even have been to order, so I’d be surprised if the proceeds end up spent on drugs, but who knows, maybe a diversified criminal operation…

Just look it up on YouTube… that’s what I did a few years ago.

Some of the videos from a few years ago might’ve been deleted, I’m still trying to find the openers of Seven News Adelaide from that 2014 music ‘relaunch,’ and from 2004, plus the August 8th 2016 relaunch (no luck).

Look, I’m not trying to have a go at you Sully. But anyone who’s still using…
