As it turns out, I was correct about 96.9FM being the frequency used for the first years of Show Radio (1995, 1996, 1997 & 1999) however 94.5FM was used in 1998.
I’ll have to do further research at a different time to confirm the year/s 90.9FM was used by Show Radio but this temporary pop-up radio station for Sydney was on 100.5FM recently as 2006 & 2007 (2RPH’s translators for Newcastle/Mt Sugarloaf & the Eastern Suburbs/Kings Cross began in September 2008 & October 2009 respectively, according to their website), with 107.9FM being used every year since at least 2009.
