The NBA Play in game in the morning apparently had technical difficulty during the final minute of overtime in the U.S. I think the Aussie version must be a different feed as there was no technical difficulties.

Amazon has issued a statement on the outage.

Broadcast of the Miami Heat at Charlotte Hornets experienced a temporary disruption due to a hardware failure in our production truck.
