Nine Radio (Talk)

I think you’re right, I feel sorry for Brisbane listeners if they have to put up with Levy.

Most of his rants are not state specific (pro Israel, anti Albo etc) so with a few adjustments you save some money and probably end up with similar ratings.

Maybe Bill could join the Brisbane 2032 organising committee?

doubt it. the LNP government actually culled the organizing committee when they came into power.

seems odd he would just up sticks for an event in 7 years and not at least stay on air until the ratings break.

Probably networking 2GB Mornings again I’d say.

that will do wonders for the ratings.. not

I read a suggestion somewhere that they could do what 6PR did in removing one shift and extending the others.

4BC could do something like this from the beginning of daylight savings in the other states:

  • 5.30am-10am: Peter Fegan
  • 10am-2pm: Sofie Formica
  • 2pm-6pm: Gary Hardgrave
  • 6pm-7pm: Wide World of Sports
  • 7pm-8pm: Money News
  • 8pm-11pm: John Stanley (ex. 2GB)
  • 11pm-4.30am: Overnights (ex. 2GB)

Is Evan Lucas still hosting Money News? No podcast has been uploaded since late August - and his photo is not online, with a generic blurb about the program:

She’s kinda painful to listen to as a host… putting on that overly occa deep tone which most female sport presenters appear to do. Bec Madden is the worst at it.

I wondered why it sounded different last night, she needs to soften her tone down.
