I highly doubt it. They tried that before with 4BH, it didn’t go down well. I don’t think they’re going to do anything to mess with their biggest success story. They’d be more likely to rebrand Magic Melbourne to 3BH

More than likely going to see Sydney’s 2UE and Brisbane 4BH. They’re pretty iconic identities, and I think it suits them.

With all due respect to those that like the music 2UE has already been destroyed, it would be a disaster to see any reference to the name removed as well.
2UE have been playing some great music recently, in response to Heart Hits and Gold going national I assume.

Magic 1278 now showing up as “Melbourne’s Magic” on DAB+.
No change to on-air branding. So far.

So pointless with the rebrand - especially on socials. I am trying to find MAGIC… not MELBOURNE.
