Wow, didn’t see that one coming! I’m not a huge Lizzie fan but she can do much better than ACA, she’d be perfect fit at 60 Minutes.

Chris is really good actually- very calm and pleasant to listen to.
Those wideshots with just the music though, including in the opener, are a bit awkward.

They need to record some new VOs for the afternoon news in Melbourne to match the longer opener now.
For some reason however they used the network-generic VO instead of Hitch’s generic afternoon news VO.

Mark Burrows regularly fills in for her on the Morning and Sydney Afternoon News on Mondays, so he would be the logical second-in-line to her. Sophie Walsh would be third in line.

Not sure about this, but I do know Tony Jones once filed a report on ACA back in January (when interviewing Todd Woodbridge on his new game show Tipping Point Australia just before the tennis).
