The Courier Mail is reporting Mia Glover will take over the Weekend bulletin anchor duties for Nine News Queensland from this weekend.
Today Show reporter Mia Glover will front Channel 9 Queenslandâs new-look weekend news bulletin.
The Courier-Mail can reveal that Glover, who is a senior reporter for The Today Show on the Gold Coast, will replace Jonathan Uptin on Nineâs weekend newsdesk from Saturday.
The network confirmed she will continue her commitments with The Today Show in conjunction with her weekend appointment.

IIRC Sharyn Ghidella also did it for Weekend Sunrise from 2008-2010. Also IIRC she did a Brisbane news bulletin from Sydney at least once when she was pregnant.

correct - though this was only possible because Queensland was one hour behind New South Wales at the time. Thus, the Brisbane bulletin was taped at 7:00pm Sydney time.
though I do remember Sharyn only did the Sunday news on Weekend Sunrise in 2010 as Sarah Cumming read the news on Saturdays.
