Iā€™d imagine that having all future reports screened nationally (rather than mostly only being seen in Melbourne, or perhaps the Regional Victorian bulletins) also wouldā€™ve been a lure for Sam.

Good luck to him, but personally Iā€™d have very serious reservations about becoming a reporter for ACA knowing what their journalistic standards are like.

I honestly donā€™t know why weā€™re even speculating about the possibility of Nine News Sydney having a different presenter this Friday/Saturday night.

Given that Peter Overton will likely be back on Sunday night to coincide with the Australian Open and probable new graphics, I definitely think theyā€™ll have Mark Burrows on until (and including) Saturday night especially if they were able to have Jayne on-air for seven nights in a row before she went on maternity leave!

And she is on maternity leave
