They put them on 7plus, but they can’t be accessed. The geo-location settings they use don’t work at all. I’ve been in many different parts of regional QLD and have never had the correct local bulletin (if any) appear on 7plus.

This is also the reason why stations like Nine Darwin don’t have network streams as the geo-location is shown as Adelaide due to the location of internet servers for the NT.
