Good to see Nine Sydney with original programming… NOT!!
I’m not really sure what you expect here? Sydney have NRL for half the year in that timeslot and nicely provides a lead-in for 6pm news (though team and contest dependant as Seven’s staple Sydney Weekender still tends to do well). This is really just a filler as required and RBT re-runs more than not rate, same with Seven’s Highway Patrol and so on.
This is my point - Brisbane who similarly has the same programming commitments half the year get their own locally produced program. I see this as not necessarily the greatest programming move screening repeats as news lead ins IMO
In March and April, Brisbane is one hour behind than Sydney. The NRL coverage would finish at 5pm (compared to 6pm in Syd). But my genuine question is - does My Way air beyond April?
I think you will find that My Way would only air at 5:30pm in March only as Daylight saving starts at 2am on first Sunday in October and ends at 3am on first Sunday in April - in other words on that first Sunday, standard time in Sydney and Brisbane would be the same at 5:30pm on the first Sunday in April

not really strange at all, these days.
Tradition happens again. Film Valentine’s Day airs on Feb 14. On Valentine’s Day. Just like when Nine aired the film New Year’s Eve on NYE. I don’t mind these sorts of occurrences.
