New Zealand Radio

Suspect so. They’re advertising for a drive host/ops manager combined role.

I think he’s becoming a real estate agent, might be wrong! Of course that doesn’t mean it wasnt a restructure.

Can’t say much, but that’s very much in the pipeline and you should see some changes over the next month.

After all those years at Newstalk ZB, Andrew Dickens is making a welcome return to music radio when Gold launches this Wednesday (1 July).

i imagine this station will be doing well (depending on rest of Line Up and playlist)

Wtf is this Rock Fusion they’re going on about?! From what I can see just a Facebook group with 503 members & a Givealittle to “Help start up Rock Fusion Radio” with $145.00 donated.
According to members of the fb group the station “has huge funding” “huge announcement this week” & “Robert signed a 4 year contract”

1st i heard of it as well

last day on the sound for Robert Taylor any picks on who will replace Him

Whoever applies and gets the job I guess

Yes it looks as though it will be live as I see Andrew has given up his Sunday morning show on ZB.

Also the local breakfast show on the soon to be former Mix is gone as well with Breffni O’Rourke finishing up last Friday.

Had heard she may be moving over to The Hits, but not sure.

who else apart from andrew is on their lineup

Loving the sound of gold , great sweepers very well produced the music is no way as daggy as magic is
Haven’t heard any 60’s yet but the music is very much classic rock, classic hits.
I feel once gold gets onto more fm frequencies throughout nz it has the making of a top rating station.
“The magic is is on gold where you can feel good to the greatest hits “

Georgia Cubbon days

Explains why she popped up only briefly on Hauraki

Pop, Soul, Rock and even Disco, all on NZ’s Newest Radio Station, Gold.

It looks like themixonline.co.nz now redirects you to Mix on its iHeartRadio website… interesting.
