With the weather event in Dunedin right now there has been some extra local programming from the networks. The Hits breakfast show on air until 12pm today and Damien and Hannah on The Breeze have been on air since last night and still on air this afternoon!

As to his replacement, I daresay they’re going to keep it under wraps for a while, or maybe it will change to a solo breakfast show? I hear they have been doing some restructuring lately.
Fun fact: ZM’s Imaging Producer is also the station’s new voiceover guy, Sam replaced Tom Harper a couple of months ago. Does anyone know what Tom does now? I think he left NZME

New ZB afternoons show starts tomorrow.
Also with the Hosk away the last couple of weeks, HDPA was on Breakfast and Jack Tame on Drive. Clearly Ryan Bridge hasn’t earned his stripes yet lol

I wonder what type of roles will be going? Hopefully no presenters, they just hired a fair few didn’t they? Maybe they’ll network More FM 24 hours a day or something?
A never ending story at MediaWorks. Would be good to see a clear out of poor management for once.
I hope they automate a few more brands.

Random one for the brains trust - when did James Daniels finish up his Canterbury mornings shift on Coast?
It’s different but I’m enjoying it.
Good question - he was doing network Saturdays for a bit on Coast (along with his ZB commitments). I want to say about 18 months ago but I may be wrong.

I dont think james did it for a long time ie the coast programme…in fact i think maybe 12 months at best
