Surely not… justice black knows the business is st stake and delaying any decision could be detrimental for ten to conduct business then costs people jobs.
I’m sure there’s a process and discernment required and then we will get a decision.

I’m wondering what tomorrow’s upfronts will bring with no confirmed decision…
It has already been announced by Grant Denyer on Monday nights Family Feud that I’m a Celeb is back next year. Thats the only program confirmed so far.
Body Hack was confirmed by Todd Sampson a while back. Osher Gunsberg revealed he’s hosting Bachelor in Paradise Australia. DAVE Hughes has joined Ten to host Hughesy…We Have A Problem.
And children’s show The Bureau of Magical Things will screen on Eleven.
Unfortunately a court will not just rush a decision because they are a big business or a well known entity. I don’t think it will take that long though simply just putting it out there that court processes can take time.
Masterchef is also confirmed.
I’m interested tonight to see if CBS has “given” a leg-up to Ten with Young Sheldon.
What time is the upfronts at?
6pm
Do you think a partnership would be likely ?
CBS partnering with Stan is a better entry into the local streaming market than launching CBS All Access, according to Credit Suisse analyst Fraser McLeish.
Unlikely to happen, and given the original article is from Fairfax (part owner of Stan) I wouldn’t put much weight on the ‘expert’ opinion of Credit Suisse.
Just attempting to muddy the waters in a bid to shore up its profitable output deals.
Tweet from TEN Eyewitness News (since deleted) saying that the CBS takeover has been approved.

Commentary from Michael Idato Fairfax
In its place will stand a debtfree Australian commercial network backed by a deep-pocketed American one.
To suggest Ten could become the equal of Nine or Seven might seem ambitious, but Ten’s rivals, having evaded their own financial rebirth by fire, are instead older and loaded with debt.
And in competitive terms Ten might be restarting the race as a rookie sprinter but she’s a decade younger and half-a-billion in debt lighter than either of her two rivals.
And in commercial television terms that makes Ten a deadly, if still unpredictable, proposition.
It’s official now. A new era for Network Ten begins
give me one, give me two, give me three, give me four, give me five, guess who’s just arrived.
give me six, give me seven, give me eight, give me nine, give me then, we’ll open up your eyes.
You’re on top, on top with Ten!
It feels like Christmas!! Absolutely fantastic news for all staff of Ten! From what I’ve read…the shares get transferred next Tuesday at 1700 AEDST! Bring it on!
