Nat Geo has been one of Foxtel’s longest running channels besides Fox8, Fox Sports and the movie channels.

EDIT: according to David Knox, National Geographic has been part of Foxtel since 2008, while Nat Geo Wild began in 2010.

Are they continuing on Fetch?

Whats happening to foxtel more channels leaving maybe foxtel might soon close down leaving binge only with all their content

I suspect not in the long term, Disney want to centralise their offering to D+

Nat Geo has ordered Tucci – The Heart of Italy (working title), a ten-part series.

The series is produced by BBC Studios’ recently formed new unit, Specialist Factual Productions, and Tucci’s own Salt Productions, which he recently founded with Lottie Birmingham. It marks Salt’s first series and production starts in January.

Silverback Films and Open Planet Studios produced the film in association with All3Media International, National Geographic, and Minderoo Pictures. Co-producing are Arksen & 10% for the Ocean, Don Quixote Foundation, National Geographic Society and Pristine Seas, Revive Our Ocean, and The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.

Ocean With David Attenborough will be available globally on National Geographic, Disney+, and Hulu later this year.
