Footage from the concert in Boston, US, appeared to show a wire attached to lights high above the stage burning steadily.
That section of lighting appeared to have been turned off as a safety precaution.
No injuries or additional damage was reported, and fans who attended the show said “everything was fine”.

You have to wonder why these artists choose to still be performing in their late 70s and 80s.
We had Rod Stewart also hospitalised recently during a tour.And just last week Gladys Knight withdrew from her tour after feeling unwell and acting confused on stage.

I think it’s because they really enjoy it. They’ll do it until they really can’t. It wouldn’t be money, most of them already have bucketloads of it.

Thinking the same thing. They all seem to have squillions. Surely they can slow down past 80 and just enjoy life.
Frankie Valli was still “performing” into his 90s.
And with people living longer, we’ll probably see more of this in future years too.
They love performing, better than doing nothing.

The things you find out by twiddling the dial… didn’t know that Madonna and Kyle Minogue have a duet out..
For the two of the biggest stars ever, it’s a tad underwhelming… don’t get me wrong, it’s a fair song, just didn’t wow me and didn’t sound like a Madonna song or a Kylie song, sounds like anyone’s song.
Bit of a weird roll out with that song.
The Madonna solo version was released as a promo single before her album was released. Then other tracks on the album were more popular and it seemed like Danceteria was going to be the next single (the music video was released). Then she released this version of Love Sensation with Kylie a few weeks later.

Its interesting that even though there is still hype about Madonna and her albums sell, the singles fail to chart these days.
