The first part of the Farmer Wants A Wife Grand Final saw a season high 1.13 million fans tune in ahead of tonight’s second part for an easy win at 7.30pm. That helped Seven to its highest Monday share of the year. Nine, ABC and SBS were on par with last week with 10 down by 0.6 points. Seven’s victory included wins in every market in the country.
The next best reality option of the night was MasterChef that scored 659k to lead The Summit that was steady with this season’s results averaging 526k while Australian Story on ABC had 669k. The Summit was down +100k from the equivalent episode last year in the key 5-city metro ratings recording the lowest ever metro rating for the show.
Later, Have You Been Paying Attention? had another easy win despite dropping 160k from its season premiere of the previous week. It was well ahead of 9-1-1 though the US drama improved to a season high with a good lead-in while Paramedics on Nine was fourth in the time slot. Media Watch and Four Corners were on par with recent results.
Later Q+A and the Mel Buttle comedy special did well to make the top 30 as post 9.30pm shows.
