Nine won Monday this week with an improved network share, up 1.5. That was at the expense of Seven and ABC that lost share while 10 and SBS were steady.
Seven News edged just ahead of Married at First Sight that missed out on the number one spot for the first time on a Monday this season. The show still dominated in reach and key demos but was down 70k on the previous week. Idol and Survivor were down on Sunday numbers but even with the previous Monday.
The return of Four Corners did well with its supermarket expose to be a time slot winner with +900k national viewers. Earlier, Australian Story was also back with 750k while Media Watch got a 90k boost from its better lead in.
Nine’s Big Miracles was able to build its audience slightly despite the competition while Seven’s The Irrational dropped 70k from its debut episode of the previous week. FBI also made it into the top 30 for 10.
There was another close contest between afternoon games shows while Deal or No Deal made it into the top 30 as well. Note that the 318k rating is for the main channel only.
