I think the lesson is, cater to the market, not the network. It was the switch to Hit from Triple M that caused their drop

Enjoy Marty’s show but Lehmo has actually slotted in perfectly and the tone of the show has changed as a result, probably for the better too. Ratings prove this.

I can’t stand his affectation on his voice, plus his reliance on old audio grabs as bad jokes. He would be good for Sydney breakfast potentially.
