What would you prefer for them to receive? And who do you think wins more, the judge or the singer who wins?

well i havent anything from last years winner or the years before that. i would prefure them get a contract out of it and do well . and to me it seems the judge gets more out of it

Good idea :+1:

The judges playing a role in “winning” causes controversies I guess

well i mean and i know this belongs in the voice thread but you dont hear much about sam perry any more

I’d rather stare at a black screen than watch any of those programs listed.

I did say “select one” and “if you had to watch live TV…” :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d rather drip burning solder into my eyes and ears for an hour than sit through any of that reality garbage.

I don’t watch it to see who has a career I simply watch for entertainment reasons. However, I only ever watch the auditions.

Yes but what would you watch when we do drip burn solder into your eyes and ears?

Geez, Who Dares Wins turned dark in the later seasons

Same. The only times I watch The Voice is the blinds (just to see the chairs turning and stuff). I usually don’t make it past the auditions.

I agree, I prefer the Blind Auditions too.

after what happned today at newscorp and we know that foxtel is owned by newscorp

  • i have foxtel
  • i dont have foxtel
  • i will be keeping foxtel after what happened today
  • i wont be keeping foxtel after what happend today

Do you mean the regional newspaper closures?

Prediction: For some, today’s regional newspaper cutbacks will further strengthen their decision to boycott News Corp, a few will decide to stop reading their papers or Foxtel subscriptions, but many will continue to buy papers like The Daily Telegraph and pay for Foxtel.

Of course I think the latest round of closures is a terrible development for journalism because even with the suburban papers, stories on important issues such as local council corruption are likely to be broken in these publications before the major papers, radio and TV pick up on them.
