This is Crowdstrike antivirus on Windows platforms, not a Microsoft caused issue.

Noticed on the Hubbl that UKTV, FOX8 and several others were down with an apology message but some kids channels were ok like Dreamworks and Boomerang.

Are we expecting Nine Sydney to Melbourne’s News?
Can confirm that we have CrowdStrike and yes that is the caused. Our emails are down so we are leaving work early to get coffee and cake for the it guys.

Like the 2021 hack, I think Melbourne will take over national coverage until systems are back online.
Is Seven News Brisbane still local?
WIN (in VIC at least) went to Tipping Point at 4.30, so I’d say their local news will still air tonight.
If anything changes in the next hour I suspect they will crash into Nine’s feed at 5.30, showing the second half hour of Tipping Point all over again.
