I’ve discovered that Listnr now has 128kbps for some stations, I haven’t check them all yet. I analysed the URLs and found there is a slight difference in the hostname (wz3web vs wz3liw) that allows the 128kbps stream instead of 32kbps.
Examples for Melbourne for 3FOX and 3MMM:

Adjust for other SCA stations using a player like VLC and we are now back to 128kbps streams!
