The sample consists of approximately 2,000 individuals in Japan, 1,000 individuals each in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and the U.S., and 500 individuals each in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, and Türkiye. The sample in India consists of approximately 2,200 individuals, of whom approximately 1,800 were interviewed face-to-face and 400 were interviewed online.
Cultural expectations appear to shine through, but there are some concerning generational responses

No one cares about these niche culture war issues. It’s only extremists that carry on about it because they find “others” threatening.

Rubbish. It’s about freedom of association, and protecting women and children especially.
No one knows or cares about any of this - it’s fringe culture war nonsense that a very small percentage of people would know or care about. Culture warriors such as the above poster desperately trying to make this important.
Says the person who was against the social media ban. There is more crime against children online than from trans people.

The SDA laws have to be changed to remove Gillard’s 2013 amendments. Until that happens, I will vote One Nation.
Knock yourself out. Because obviously this is affecting you in a deeply personal way… And obviously it’s far more important than any other political or economic issue for the nation… So it’s totally logical for you to base your vote on this issue alone. 
Yes. I have a wife and a daughter. And if any natal male regardless of gender identity invades their space because of ‘Rights’, then as sure as hell they will know they’ve overstepped the mark.
I hope if you ever have a family member or friend come out as trans, they get more love, support and empathy than you currently offer others
