Seems like SBS won’t be doing studio coverage for every match.
Coverage of South Korea v Czech Republic went straight to the world feed 15 minutes before the match began.

Obviously nothing SBS can do given it’s world feed. But this is a commentary team better on mute, especially the American lead commentator.

I watched the Korea-Czechia game and noticed that Korea have a red dot while Czechia having a white dot. The dots shows what colour shirts they are wearing to maximise contrast.

The first episode of Cup Fever was OK. Santo dressed up as Andrea Bocelli in an interview skit with Ed was very funny.

Where’s it coming from? SBS studios, a Working Dog studio or have they borrowed the Cheap Seats/HYBPA studio from 10
SBS has done the WC for 40 years. If they introduced a paid sub with 4K and ad-free coverage on SBS on Demand, diehards will take up the offer for the tournament

Yes they have studios in Melbourne, but not big enough to hold a production and audience of that size.
