Pity 10 didn’t put the budget special straight after the Cheap Seats. Couldn’t be bothered sitting through NCIS so didn’t watch the special, particularly given it was old news by the time 10 got to air.
Also, I assume budget updates were aired in metro - not on Southern Cross - crappy ‘local’ ‘news’ update followed by community service announcement filler. Would have been far more relevant just to run the metro updates for the night.
