The channel – originally designed to showcase lifestyle, documentary, and factual programming produced by WTFN, including The Wild Life of Tim Faulkner, Mega Zoo, Space Invaders, and Sydney Harbour Force – will now include Seven Network reality, home and design, and food titles such as Australia’s Amazing Homes, Extreme Weddings, Zumbo’s Just Desserts, and Yummy Mummies.
Life Down Under will also carry content from Great Home Ideas, the YouTube channel that Fred Media’s sister company, Radar, began managing for the Seven Network in 2025, which features DIY, food, garden, lifestyle, and pet content drawn from Better Homes and Gardens. Radar has grown the channel’s subscriber base and more than doubled its revenue since taking over its management.
The channel is currently available on Samsung TV, LG, Fetch, and Plex in Australia and New Zealand, and on LG Channels in seven European territories, including the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
