I think at one point, Valley FM was on Tuggeranong Hill- but possibly the rent was too much for them. I think they need to get up there by hook or by crook as they have some decent shows on; pity I can’t listen unless I stream.

According to the Canberra LAP Decisions document from 1999, as well as past editions of the ABA/ACMA’s Radio and Television Broadcasting Stations from the early 2000s, Valley FM was indeed transmitting out of Tuggeranong Hill. From what I can gather, Valley FM moved to its present Wanniassa site in around 2004.
