Andy Lee’s smash-hit series Do Not Watch This Show returns for season 3
The ABC, Screen Australia and VicScreen are delighted to announce that the highly anticipated Do Not Watch This Show will return for a third season, premiering in 2027.
Adapted from Andy Lee’s Do Not Open This Book, the hit series has become a runaway success with families at home. The premiere episodes of seasons 1 and 2 achieved average audiences of over 2 million,¹ with kids and parents alike tuning in to watch Wizz refuse to play by the rules.
The mischief has now gone global, with international audiences firmly falling in love with the series.
The series follows Wizz, voiced by Lee, a blue monster who is determined to stop the show in its tracks. Refusing to accept that he is the star of the show, Wizz goes to extreme lengths to get kids to switch off.
Creator Andy Lee said “Wizz has let me know he can’t believe this is happening again, and neither can I! It’s a privilege to make this show and encourage kids around Australia to be disobedient rascals. We’re so excited to be back for Season 3 and create even more trouble for Wizz.”
