I reckon this recording is most likely to be from Friday March 12, 1999. From the information I can gather, Midsomer Murders: Written in Blood was Nine’s Friday Night Movie for the Southern states, while the Northern states would’ve been watching the Knights play the Eels on Friday Night Football.
Grumpier Old Men seemed to air across the network on Sunday 14/3/1999, with the GWN airing (one of the last - maybe even the very last movie from Nine before becoming a fully fledged Seven Network affiliate) less than a week after that as we found out recently!
