Went to fire up the BBC Sounds app tonight and itâs no more.
The streams still work, you just miss out on program and track info.
VPNing to the UK for 5 seconds, opening the app, then closing it and turning off the VPN is supposed to reset the month tracker, or so iâve heard.

You can also stream all the BBC and Global stations on the Radio Box app. It has playlist information for some of the stations. The Bauer stations are geoblocked unfortunately.

Throughout the day, Petroc Trelawny presents from London North Eastern Railway (LNER)âs Highland Chieftain train travelling from Inverness to London, on the Highland and East Coast Main Lines.

We all know tomorrow is Taylor Swiftâs album release day.
Thatâs why she will do a morning interview blitz across - no, Iâm not kidding - four (five even) music stations.
- Capital at 8.06am
- Magic at 8.12am
- Heart at 8.17am
- Hits Radio some time after 8.30am
- BBC Radio 1 (?)
One of them could be pre-recorded. Weâll find out which one.
At 6pm, Capital will play the album in its entirety.
Would most likely have to be the Hits Radio one so they can somehow fit it into their two Scottish breakfast shows as well as the main Fleur, Will & James.

Normally the mayor does an interview with the station every Thursday morning. The timing just so perfectly aligned with the story that BBCRM is able to receive his updates on the situation first.
Of course those updates then passed along to other outlets.

No one else did that.
Capital/Heart indicated that theirs are done live.

Itâs back and the branding this year is unlike anything ever seen from them.
(The current typeface was adopted in 2022, and it is generally flat with loads of icon imagery. Weâre not going for that this year. The logo isnât even stacked vertically.)
