With a 2 Feb return - for how long will it be given Ally’s Olympic hosting duties? In some markets ACA will be airing at the same time as the Olympics hosted by Ally on 9Gem.
Why is she hosting the Olympics? Would be my question. Leave it to the likes of James Bracey and the numerous other sport presenters Nine have. Leave Allison for ACA only.

Most likely contractual.
Ally is one of Nine’s most popular talents with experience from the successful Paris coverage, that you would expect to be used to the maximum.

She might be somewhat popular but she is not a very good presenter with little to no sport experience. Leave her on ACA and other news related content. Put someone with sport experience the hosting duties like James Bracey. She in my view should have stayed on the Today Show when Tracey left with Deborah Knight the permanent ACA host.
