Apparently the full draws were posted on the hospitality section of RLWC website this morning before they were pulled.

I wonder if the Draw announcement was relevant or not for viewers in Victoria as well as South Australia and Western Australia?

Also, Perth will have an NRL team soon so not quite like Adelaide or Tasmania is hosting.
