Thanks @TV.Cynic
Strangely, Today Melbourne reporter Christine Ahern reporting from the Sunshine Coast this morning.
Not that strange, Christine has family in Queensland - her father was previously QLD Premier.
Looks good. Set will look good. Don’t like the ‘Australia Decides 2025’ logo. Very plain.
Hugh referred to as National News Desk Director.

Special edition of 7.30 tomorrow night to cover the start of the campaign.
Looking forward to all the theatre that comes with tomorrow’s rolling coverage.
What time do we think the PM will make the drive? Will the breakfast show hosts lead the coverage?
More importantly, will the commercials have cameras strapped to motorbikes following the PM on his way to Government House, and then back to Parliament House
I hope so. So much fun!
ABC is saying tomorrow morning
Yeh heard that. But does he go at 7 or 8 or 10? Morning is a long time. Could go at dawn!
Hear me out.
3am.
Get a jump on the media.
He’s just arrived at Government House.
Don’t forget the 2am pre-event analytical breakdown too!
Wonder what it’s going to mean for ABC Radio AM. Surely they’ll have to take the PM live.
Really disappointed at radio coverage.
Checked ABC Melbourne. Went to news. 2GB, 4BC and 3AW all went to news rather than taking the PM live. Missed opportunity for them.
NewsRadio has the speech live.
AM now playing a bit of the speech on delay.
