Misleading super there. Reporter: “The vehicle was NOT stolen and the driver was NOT a juvenile. But youth crime remains one of the top concerns for voters here along with cost of living.” The link between the election and the incident was tentative and slightly sensationalist, despite the reporter’s questionable attempt to segue the two.
