#21

So Survivor, Masterchef, Takeaway are high class television, are they?

#22

I’m sure dramas like My Life is Murder and Five Bedrooms would also be high class TV, but we’re going off topic.

You get the overall idea though, 10’s programs are far more exciting than Nine and Seven’s programs.

#23

I just don’t understand why you’re continually bashing Seven for everything they’re doing when it’s not much different to Ten and Nine. Why do you hate them so much?

#24

Seriously? I don’t hate the network as such but am just appalled by their recent performances and their decision making. Obviously it’s none of my business but from an outsider’s perspective it’s frustrating to see Australia’s No.1 Network oblivious to their problems and slowly sinking.

Again, it’s probably none of my business and I obviously shouldn’t care about it, but as an avid TV fan and media fan I would like to see a competitive media landscape here in Australia.

#25

So why are you making it your business? It seems like every post you make is a rant at what Seven is doing and it has been noticed by quite a few here.

Why don’t you offer some suggestions rather than continually have a meltdown at Seven’s performance?

#26

They’re stuck with the cricket so not much suggesting can be done can it?

#27

I’m not paid to program for Seven so really can’t do much.

If only Seven were the ones to notice it…

But in all seriousness, I’m ranting on about Seven because they’re the ones who are messing up things. If Nine and 10 were doing poorly then there would be criticisms (albeit, less compared to Seven). I give praise when it’s due, but certainly not now.

As I said, I am a fan of media so I like to be involved in conversations about media in general.

#28

Why less? Why do you have a vendetta against Seven? Surely it should be criticism where criticism is due whether it’s Seven, Nine or Ten.

#29

I’m sure you’re not directing this towards me right? If you read a bit more closely I’m criticizing Seven (and same with Nine and 10 when they’re doing badly) because I want them to do better against their competition. At the moment they’re below par.

Nine and 10 are praised more and criticized less because…as we know a lot of people fanboy Nine and 10 and a lot of people have double standards. But let’s not go into that again.

Anyway we’re moving off topic. This year is sure going to be interesting in ratings, almost as if the ratings are a reality TV show themselves.

#30

CSI: NY was on Nine.

#31

Sorry meant cyber

#32

While this may be true in 10’s eyes, I don’t think Nine would be disappointed (two nights so far in excess of 40% FTA shares)…

#33

Of course. Nine and 10 are both doing very well.

#34

Of course it’s directed at you. You said that you would criticise Nine and Ten less than Seven:

If Nine and 10 were doing poorly then there would be criticisms (albeit, less compared to Seven).

So you’re criticising Ten and Nine less because " a lot of people fanboy Nine and 10"? OK. That’s logical.

#35

If you read my post you would’ve seen that I didn’t specifically mention ‘I’. I was talking more about the general attitude of a lot of people (specifically here), not me.

I give praise and criticisms to all networks when it’s due, obviously not everyone is like me (and have favourites) so that’s fine.

#36

:poop: You’re in denial and going round in circles.

You should go back and read your own posts and see how they come across.
