Nine won the week with its second biggest share of the survey winning the key demos plus Sydney and Brisbane with Seven ahead in the other three markets.

For second-placed Seven it was the network’s equal lowest share of the survey so far. While ABC and SBS were steady with last week, 10 was down 1.

The second State of Origin Game was the big winner for Nine, now the top entry for the year in survey. While the rest of the top 10 was news, the Leigh Sales Farewell ranked 11th for the week.

The launch of Ninja Warrior made the top 20 for Nine while 10 programs took out four places.

Top programs in the key demos saw 10’s show fill key positions with The Cheap Seats making the top 10 in all groups.

Love Island UK continued its strong performance on BVOD. Having the show mentioned on The Cheap Seats each week must have helped.
