People prefer to watch them on demand. You can see that with the results for most drama. The Cry, Bad Mothers and The Good Doctor get huge BVOD audiences. You can see when a drama isn’t successful in my opinion, if it isn’t featuring among top BVOD shows. Ms Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries isn’t, which means renewal is unlikely.

The show debuted to 608,000 on January 30, but since episode 3, it has been hovering in the high 400,000s.

Well I can’t talk for others but those comments could just mean that CBS should take more control and find new/fresh management for 10. I don’t know if people are suggesting that CBS are the ones that should be programming.

TV Tonight reports that “Law & Order: SVU” was fifth in its slot - beaten by an SBS doco.

Who knew it was on last night? 10 has been all over the place with its programming. Panic has set in? Nothing is working for 10 & there’s not much they can do. Can’t bring MCA or Bachelor forward as they’re not ready & they’d get slaughtered anyway.

They made too many changes in the first few weeks. They picked some stupid slots for shows but they also didn’t give some a chance to build an audience in a steady timeslot.

Rosehaven started weak this year but it’s been building over the season.

Start rolling out promos and heavy out of home advertising for Bachelor in Paradise, Masterchef and Celebrity Name Game could be a good start.

I see Neighbours is having an episode to mark international day of women. Surely that’ll bring the viewers back. Not suggesting that this isn’t a worthwhile cause, but doubt that it will help with ratings.

I said “might”. Considering the target demographic they may not be the type to stick to a scheduled broadcast and just go online. Streaming is their “go-to” medium

Even an oldie like me who’s way out of that demographic, I rarely watch the show but if I do I go to 10 Play I dont watch it FTA.
