Network 10’s new reality show launched yesterday to very disappointing number with just 476,000 watching.

Overall, Nine took out the night as The Block continued to do well at 8.30. Also good news for SAS Australia that improved slightly to a season high on Seven.

On ABC, Hard Quiz was just of 600,000 for the first time in four weeks.

Next best was Paramedics, up slightly , RFDS down while Rosehaven was the big improving up 70k week-on-week. Question Everything also improving for ABC.

Seven News won the 5 cities as Nine took out the three east coast markets across the hour.

Today beat Sunrise

Not the start Making It was looking for, despite overwhelmingly positive reactions on social media. Hope its figures will improve tonight, and pick up viewers through timeshifting and catch-up.

Rosehaven was up with the final episode airing next week.

I stumbled upon the Australia’s Sexiest Tradie for the first time and the ‘pretentious’ me was pleasantly surprised that I would even laugh at this kind of crude humour (eg. A mate holding a vase for the other mate to do ‘Number 2’ because the toilet was blocked :scream:). One of the most confronting scenes I have seen on screen :fearful:

Despite its questionable quality storyline, I am surprised that the general Australian population doesn’t show much support for a local show. I didn’t think it would be any worse than watching some old US sitcoms that have been repeated for the gazillionth time.

I will continue to watch this on 7Mate every Wednesday night.

Seven are saying Sunrise Won nationally including regional but according to the publicity from 9 and 7 today won nationally as well.

Making It didn’t get off to a gppd start.

Neighbours coming in 2nd place (multis) for the second day in a row. Great stuff.

Making it hasn’t started off well. But it’s received good feedback so let’s hope it rises

There’s only so much you can make a show out of, especially if you want to get audiences interested…

Have Seven even been promoting Australia’s Sexiest Tradie (and Fat Pizza: Back in Business) on their main channel?

Not the type of humour for everyone, but I would’ve thought 7mate’s Wednesday night comedy programs would at least manage to make the multichannel Top 20!

I would have thought that they’d make the top 20 also. Not everyone’s cup of tea , but Paul Fenech’s comedies used to regularly make the top 20

See what happens when catch-up is added… would be interested to see.

They’ve definitely ran promos for both on the main channel (remember seeing them a bit during the Olympics)

Australia’s Sexiest Tradie has really bombed badly and dragged 7Mate’s share down especially in the key demos.

Fat Pizza was 30th in the multichannel list. Tradie was the 114th ranked multichannel show - way below most of the other shows on 7Mate.

It’s very low brow but also as I mentioned last week that it was very underdone so it looks cheap and nasty. I feel like they might have been improvising a lot of the dialogue which ended up with them just dropping strings of f-bombs because they lacked direction.

I also suggested that the show probably could have benefited by having someone besides the main actors, creating, producing, directing. Having somebody outside the project, critique some of the things they were doing could have improved it a lot.

Time to bring back The Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad.

Calm down. There are only six episodes and since they’re showing doubles, it will be finished next week. Then, I’m sure you can enjoy the umpteenth repeat of those same old shows.

Are there really double episodes every week? Last night I thought it was a single episode. And based on next week’s TV guide, it seems like a single episode as well.
