I recall that that faux watermark took up 25% of the screen, and that Daryl used something like Windex to remove it. Wish we had a bottle of that special Windex now.
Wonder why they didn’t make a vertical variant to insert in the BottomLine.

When was GEM’s watermark at the top? Wasn’t always at the bottom?
It started off at the top, moving to the bottom in 2012.
One thing to note about 9Gem’s launch day is the video above’s watermark had actually been moved leftward. At the opening program (the Kim movie), it was outside the overscan zone.
I wonder why.
This stuff up just appeared during “Getaway”.
Nine really need to rethink the placement of supers during programs and/or the use of overly large watermarks.
