Nine’s promo watermark is opaque for the who program tonight.
No fade to transparency as previously seen (so far).
Edit - stopped after 2nd break when this was seen for a while

Yes, I recall them having one in 2000, but then disappeared for a couple of years and returned around the time the metro network started their own watermark in 03 or 04 I think.
I never saw one in the pre 2000 Ten Capital era certainly not one with the Capital text in it.
