7HD watermark in Sydney.

Ha, they were quick to change the watermark! Seven must’ve known that only us media enthusiasts would bother watching the switch being made. :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, here’s a proper screencapture of the normal/non-Olympic 7HD watermark:

Ch 7 have decided to use “7 Sport Olympics” watermark (with no “live & free” or “sport” attached) for “In Rio Today”.

Due to the program containing LIVE parts (with Hamish McLachlan) but also pre-recorded parts (events).

I like it

(But boy, am I missing the Footy in HD…)

Fox Sports News is using some spinning watermark. Reminds me of Nine in 2007 with the spinning cube.

Would be better if they put it where the ticker is.

Ticker and watermark is gone on Fox Sports News. Let’s hope they moving it!

Can’t quite get my head around why they gave coverage to MSNBC.

They even have some coverage on CNBC. NBC have always done this. They use all their cable networks for their multi platform coverage. I think it’s good. Live coverage of certain events across the networks of NBC universal.

That sometimes happens for a few minutes but it always returns not long after. And I’m not really a fan of the watermark, too big and distracting.
