You will also have to take into account the viewer retention rate.

Season 1 premiered on July 20 last year with 460,000, following episode 3 of Australian Survivor which averaged 730,000. That meant The Cheap Seats retained 63% of the lead-in audience.

Season 2 premiered last night to 342,000, from the MasterChef lead-in of 498,000. So The Cheap Seats retained 68% of the lead-in audience.

Piers did around 130,000 in Australia and 342,000 in UK

Considering in the UK Sky is in 60% of homes and his FTA coverage is 100% verses in Australia FOXTEL is in 30% of homes and his FTA coverage is around 30% - and adjusted for population

That would make piers’ show more popular in Oz than UK

According to Sky News, Piers Morgan Uncensored was also the number one program on Flash, drawing in three times more viewers than any other primetime program on the platform. Across Sky News’ digital platforms and Sky News Australia’s YouTube channel, content from the program delivered more than 2.5 million video views.

Marketing I saw pushed Flash quite hard

They give no numbers for flash however - must be a small number
