With viewing patterns returning to normal, Nine had another win with its best Tuesday result in six weeks. Seven was competitive up slightly to a seven-week high for a Tuesday. ABC slipped slightly while 10 suffered a 1.5 point drop to its second-lowest Tuesday share of the year.

Nine’s win was set up by wins from 7pm onwards with A Current Affair, The Block and The Hundred all timeslot winners. The Block was the top entertainment offering despite posting a Tuesday-low audience for the season.

Seven News did well with a rare win in all markets across the hour while Home and Away had its highest rating since May. Then at 7.30 Farmer wants a Wife managed 465,000, down 30k from the previous week.

Take 5 with Zan Rowe on ABC premiered to 329,000 just ahead of Old People’s Home that continued to underperform compared to previous seasons.

Meanwhile nothing on 10 was over 300k again with The Amazing Race outperformed by lead out The Cheap Seats. TAR was up 100k from Monday but down 55k from the previous week to a Tuesday low.

Very low numbers for Hot Seat in the afternoon.

THE QUEEN’S FUNERAL Sky News Live 22,000

I assume that’s for the live coverage of the committal ceremony at Windsor Castle?

I’m assuming this will be the last season of The Amazing Race.

Need to start looking at a Tipping Point Oz replacement for Hot Seat. Before Alicia takes over from Hitch.

The only thing that can save The Amazing Race now is its total TV audience. It is staying above the 600,000 mark.

Not a cheap show to run either.

The Cheap Seats outrating TAR is impressive and shows it’s building it’s own dedicated audience like HYBPA. 10’s most expensive program being beaten by one of their cheapest.

Nine won the three east coast markets as Seven won Adelaide and Perth. Nine had very good demo numbers as well. Seven was second while 10 was competitive - just 1 point behind Seven in 16-39.

10 Peach was any easy winner in key demos with mind-blowing results in Brisbane in particular where it was the number 2 channel in 16-39 - 8 points higher than Seven’s main channel.

That’s correct, Sunrise won by 6k. I think they meant to say in 25-54

Wrong. Seven beat them by only 6k.

Someone didn’t do a very good job of today’s 9 press release.

Aussie and American tourists are among the most annoying.

So it makes sense that you wouldn’t want to watch that multiple nights a week.

Yes, I’ve heard and agree.
