The MasterChef Back to Win season finished with a 2-hour Grand Final that averaged 784k. That was a season high but was down on the 2024 season final that had 985k though against a lot less competition. The overnight average for the season was 625k over the 60 episodes while the 2024 season averaged 658k across 50 episodes. The Grand Final helped 10 to its best Tuesday share of the year.
The final impacted the competition with The Block slipping below one million for the first time this season, down 110k from last Tuesday to 961k. That was ahead of The Voice Blind Auditions, Pt. 3 that had 812k, down 50k from Monday.
Foreign Correspondent on ABC was down 150k week-on-week as well as Dr Ann’s Secret Lives looked at Dugongs and slipped 50k to 348k.
Later, Paramedics Season 6 on Nine dropped 65k while Boyzone: Life, Death And Boybands on Seven was slightly lower on 419k. The Cheap Seats featuring Nath Valvo started at 9.30pm for a rating of 403k, a season low and 100k off its recent results. Below Deck Down Under’s one off episode managed just 130k for Seven.
Over on SBS, Great Continental Railway Journeys had 181k at 7.30 while Insight later was just over 200k.
Seven News won at 6pm by 40k, Tipping Point at 5pm by 140k while A Current Affair was +100k ahead of the competition at 7pm. Deal Or No Deal made the top 30 at 7pm but was down 100k from last week for 10 as 10 News+ continued its downward spiral to just 120k its lowest Tuesday result so far.
