10’s main channel was number one last night as The Masked Singer picked up extra viewers against lesser competition. It gave 10 its best Tuesday share for 13 weeks. Otherwise it was a very narrow win to Nine as Paramedics made the top 20. Anh’s Brush With Fame also did better for ABC with Fight For Our Planet a timeslot winner. It was ABC’s second best Tuesday of the year.

Nine won along the east coast with Seven ahead in Adelaide and Perth. 10 easily won the demos.

Masked Singer wins without much competition, though I suspect 10 would’ve expected a much higher figure.

10 are in the bad books at the moment. People are funny. For all we know there could be people protesting and not watching them.

Seven was very lucky it only lost the night by 0.2% in network shares. America’s Got Talent and Criminal Minds both failed to make the top 20.

Seven was helped by the AFL in Adelaide where 7Mate was the equal number one channel with 10.

Good to see The Masked Singer up on the night before. But it is still down about 100k on last years figure. And this year it was up against much less competition.

7flix also high (for a Tuesday last night), though fan favourite “The Devil Wears Prada” didn’t air Sydney and Brisbane (unless they had an urge to see “Bend It Like Beckham”).

I really thought TMS would be huge this year, it seems to tick all the boxes as to the kind of mindless nonsense that people would have been craving right now. Still doing well, but you’d think 10 would have wanted more

10 is a bit on the nose with audiences and never pull the total people figures. Doing well in the demos but I think 2020 is proving to be the nadir of FTA tv.

I thought so too, but just look at shows like Ninja Warrior - that was a powerhouse when it started (and ensured 7 tried to copy) and now that has had some big audience declines over the last few years.

Outside the top 20 Oceans 8 did well for a move - at 21st , 10th in 25-54.

10 News 6pm was 22nd well ahead of America’s Got Talent 23rd with its lowest rating so far.

Well they must be protesting against Seven and Nine too because they were slaughtered by The Masked Singer.

The Morning Show is winning isnt it… :face_with_monocle: :stuck_out_tongue:

There should be a law against new showing having the same acronym TMS…or TMS

More of the rollercoaster action in Brisbane, with Seven News managing to win over Nine.

The Masked Singer gained more viewers from Monday’s episode (where it was beaten by Ninja Warrior). Without any competition, 10 was able to gain more viewers. The good news was that Channel 10 was the Number 1 primary channel.

Considering that many more people are streaming Masked Singer rather than watching it on TV this year could explain some of the drop off in its ratings this year.

To be honest…I have been one of those people and have watched both episodes of The Masked Singer so far on Ten Play due Monday night I watched the finale of Australian Ninja Warrior on TV and last night being out.

It’s time for Seven to bump AGT from Tuesday nights - it just hasn’t performed since it was moved from Wednesday’s and it’s dragging down the rest of their Tuesday line-up

Just bump it entirely. I’m sure there’s plenty of Border Security episodes/news specials they could air in that slot instead of an imported talent show.
