If not for the incorrect perception of gender balance, its Luke who should be on metro bfast, perhaps that will come if Nine invest in turning the lights back on at 4BC or 4BH

When Robin first came to Triple M Brisbane I didn’t think she would fit in.She made her co-hosts realise that it’s ok for guys to cry and talk to someone if they need help. She will be missed by many listeners

No Kennedy Molloy this week, just heard here in Perth on mix that they return Monday September 30. Is Dangerous Dave on holidays too as last time (July break) Dangerous Dave did the very best of K and M on all stations where as in March and April respectively it was Tim and Ross respecitvely on Mix.
Can someone be able to verify if its Dangerous Dave or a local on each respected station doing the shift in the normal timeslot of Kennedy Molloy
Is there anything worse than highlights shows? No idea mate I guess we’ll find out, most of those highlight shows are pre recorded.
Seems like they groomed her throughout Gold onto Triple M when there’s an opening. Wonder who’ll appear at Gold?
Luke is a good operator, but calls Gold Coast home so I dare say he’ll stay for the time being.
Have SCA retained Robin on any contract to ensure she doesn’t end up in competition to them when she is ready to return to radio?
I understand her reasons for stopping altogether, the anguish and grief of the circumstances are high, however surely SCA could’ve kept her on a retainer and if not keep her hand in one day a week, less repetitive, non daily appearances either across the stations or via podcasts? Her talent could be used in so many ways across the media assets SCA has. Smart programmers and caring management would’ve found a solution that kept Robin happy and them too.
What would ARN do if Kyle needed time off? The current profitability of the 106.5 licence is as dangerously linked to Kyle as Alan is to GB.
Rex Morris in each of his turns at programming 4MMM has always tried to broaden the appeal of bfast to women. Robin is the gold standard female bfast personality in Brisbane, there is her and daylight to the next level of talent below.
@nzwarrior51, good points. Given the right opportunity and people in management, Luke would travel up the M1. There’s unfinished business to be completed.

Thanks for letting us know @JohnsonTV, I knew he didn’t have long left, always a shock when it does happen.
I’d donate some blood like the suggestion, but using the Red Cross map and matching it to the hours that the venue selected is open is easier said than done.

Interesting this morning being a public holiday in Victoria for grand final day. 105.1 had Sara Marie Cameron on from 6:00 till 12:00. The regionals “Goulburn Valley & Bendigo” at least had Leigh Roy doing mornings till mid day. At 12:00 Leigh Roy turns up on 105.1 till 16:00.
Looks like a new digital station from Tuesday. Triple M Hard and Heavey

Gotta love the lack of localism and voicetracking.
3SR and Sun FM would have enough staff to cover such days and be proudly local. More than enough revenue in the market to support what SR & Sun did as there is in 2019.
Simply SCA are stingy, not serving markets correctly.

No rest for Margaux Parker - she’ll be joining the Triple M Brisbane tonight after 6pm (after the AFL Grand Final airs) for the live coverage of Sunsuper Riverfire.
Meantime, Courier Mail article today talking about how Bianca Dye over at 97.3 took a bit of a social media swipe at her new Breakfast show rival.

I had read somewhere that Triple M Hard & Heavy was going to launch with non stop Metallica to coincide with their upcoming tour. Then I read today Metallica has cancelled their tour :). Guess they’ll still go ahead with the Metallica playlist?

Hard N Heavy? Sounds like a pornhub search or maybe a new Dominos pizza. It could even be the name of the new Toyota four wheel drive. Most likely it is the new extreme bathroom cleaner from Exit Mould. It could also be Kyle’s Tinder handle.
