I thought he’s covered a lot in his time why would this be the catalyst? But it all makes sense why he’s gone the way he has with his podcast now.. He’s seen Australia being controlled by certain people and organizations and he’s reminiscing about what it used to be like and how that’s all changed. And his very bosses at Nine also follow the money and the narrative.
The same way he realizes how much he played apart in Covid and look what’s coming out about that now.

This is absolutely not the solution. The forced causal formal wear you see on Fox Footy, etc looks way way way worse. Tom just needs to do a button up and it’s fine.
This morning’s studio set up with three EVs in the studio was well done. The other breakfast shows would struggle with something similar. Sunrise would probably be in the back lot.
