The Data may not be reproduced, published or communicated (electronically or in hard copy) in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of OzTAM. “Overnight” figures include “Live” (programs broadcast during the 2am-2am broadcast day) and “As Live” (programs recorded and then watched within the same broadcast day). “Consolidated” figures include Live, As Live and “Time Shift” (programs recorded and then watched within seven days of the initial broadcast).

A 0.1% win to Nine for the network share and 0.5% on the main channel. Markets went by code with Sydney and Brisbane won by Nine and AFL territory won by Seven. Nine won the key demo groups with 10 ranked second.

Unsurprisingly news numbers were up including the morning’s media conference that drew big numbers in Melbourne for ABC News Channel.

MasterChef was again the top non-news program while Home and Away got the split code treatment again.

The NRL improved from last week especially in Brisbane with the game featuring the Broncos.

While Nine News Melbourne won the first half-hour, they slipped down a bit (below 300k) to see Seven News Melbourne take the lead.

Seriously close between ABC News NSW and ACA - the latter won the slot in Sydney by just ~2000.

The Melbourne audiences for Seven News and Nine News dropped a bit from the highs of Tuesday and Wednesday.

Home and Away continued its split coding from last week.

Friends The Reunion got multiple entries in the STV list

It is currently ranked 3rd in the VPM list. Binge streaming numbers are not recorded.

Kinda thought the Friends reunion would get a higher viewership, judging by the hype and all.

Maybe not a lot of people are watching Fox8 at 5 in the afternoon.

Don’t believe the hype. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

“A Current Affair secured the 7pm audience in Sydney” even though ABC News NSW recieved 2k more viewers according to the list above?!

I’m assuming ACA ran about 4 mins longer

Forgot to discuss this the past couple of weeks.

This is actually fairly low for 7mate on a Thursday, where IIRC the channel was doing 4-5% the previous weeks with say The Transporter movies (an nearly 20 year old franchise).
It’s a shame because they’re technically brilliant and visually amazing movies, but the promoted “Apes Trilogy Thursday” [Planet of the Apes movies - the 2011 remakes] don’t seem to rate well, didn’t the last couple of times either (on a Friday and Saturday respectively the last year or two). Haven’t made the Top 20 yet. Concludes thus week.

It’s arguably cost Seven, who have lost (even if very narrowly) to Nine the last two weeks, also without AFL. I’m sure programmers will want to put a bigger, reliable ratings puller next time.
